			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Arizona Opera, Ballet Arizona and Black Theatre Troupe can continue to negotiate agreements for much-needed facilities approved in the city bond election in 2006.</p>
<p>While some questions were raised by Council members Williams and DiCiccio about the efficacy of moving forward with agreements reached before the current economic crisis, the committee voted unanimously on Tuesday to allow negotiations to move forward.  The full Council is expected to vote for approval of these projects, rated by staff as &#8220;priority A&#8221; at an upcoming policy session.</p>

This event is part of the AZOOMA &#8220;Out of the Pit&#8221; concert series, which provides the opportunity for the public to hear members of the Arizona Opera&#8217;s very own orchestra, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in this the Arizona Opera&#8217;s 39th season.</p>
<p>Larry Loeber is the traditional service music director at SCUCC and along with Fred Marderness, performs regularly with The Phoenix Symphony. Donations will be accepted to benefit the Youth Summer Camps Scholarship Fund of the Ocotillo Center for Creativity at SCUCC.</p>
<p>This event is free to the public.</p>
